Non spedire mai fotografie senza aver prima acquistato una confezione! Quali foto possono essere trasformate in schema numerato? Sono adatte tutte le foto ritratto e le stampe da computer su carta fotografica fino a un formato massimo DIN A4. Le foto devono essere nitide e avere un'esposizione corretta.  Quali foto non possono essere riprodotte? Il sistema "Fai il ritratto dei tuoi cari" permette la raffigurazione di un viso o della testa di un animale. Si possono trasformare in schema numerato anche foto ritratto che riportano due volti. Non sono invece adatte immagini raffiguranti paesaggi, edifici, veicoli, fiori e piante, nonché le riproduzioni di dipinti, disegni, ecc. Come e dove devono essere inviate le foto per la lavorazione? Inviare direttamente al produttore "NORIS-SPIELE - Divisione SCHIPPER Arts & Crafts" soltanto la fotografia e l'etichetta autoadesiva di ritorno. Quando e come sarà rispedito lo schema numerato? Ogni foto viene trattata singolarmente ed è soggetta a un elaborato processo di conversione al computer effettuato con scrupolosità da personale appositamente addestrato. Si prega pertanto di calcolare dei tempi di lavorazione di ca. 3 settimane. Lo schema numerato sarà poi consegnato gratuitamente per posta insieme alla foto originale.  Come si dipinge il quadro? Dopo l'arrivo dello schema numerato in doppia copia in formato DIN A3 si provvede a dipingere il quadro con l'ausilio della tecnica "Dipingere con i numeri", per poi incorniciarlo con il passepartout contenuto nella confezione.
